Q. Is Banana Dang a chain?

 

Oceanside location is technically our "second" shop, opened 2015. Our original shop was located in the Caribbean surfing capital—Rincon, Puerto Rico (2007-2014). We are actively looking for more spots in North County San Diego.

Q. What are you known for?

 

Banana Dang is the "World's First Banana-Inspired Specialty Coffeehouse." Our popular drinks consist of coffee and bananas. Best sellers: Banana Latte, Dirty Nutty Dang (with espresso), Blue Banana Mylk, and Dirty Banana Mylk (see next Q).

Q. What is Dirty Banana Mylk?

 

Dirty Banana Mylk is a cold blended vegan drink made with oatmilk, LOTS of bananas, organic coconut creamer, cinnamon and espresso (that's the "dirty" part). NO GO on Hot.

​

Q. Do you guys have eggs?

 

No—and we don't have bacon or Acai bowls either.

Q. Do you roast your own coffee?

 

We select and roast at a local coffee collective. We rotate single origin coffees from Ethiopia, Zambia and Columbia. Our Super Monkey blend is from Guatemala and Columbia. Our Extinguisher is from Guatemala and Brazil.

Q. Why do all your drinks come in only ONE SIZE?

 

In order to maintain consistency and quality, we serve only one size to ensure your beverage tastes perfect every time.
